Worked somewhere where the head honcho is Indian. His son had no issue with you having beef in your meal but he had a big issue. You had to either eat it outside or wait until he vacates so that you eat.

I moved from an international agency where we had an office bar with a pool table and foosball, to a small outfit of <15 where you couldn't use the microwave to warm your lunch if it had beef. Both owned by Indians. Both with nonsense and discriminatory salary "policies".
