@PileOBagels My guess toward his strategy (not cosigning it) is that if he can militarily subdue those regions, currently aligned with our economic opponents, into a state more advantageous to America, we're much better positioned to come out ahead in the inevitable shift in global dynamics.
@PileOBagels That's not the impact on china i'm talking about. Again - singling in on them was probably simplistic at the least.
I want to hear your opinion though. Is bibi just daddy? What in your mind explains everything trump is doing militarily?
@mitchellshonk No need I’m aware of all those already. I’m merely insinuating I’m just not really buying that as a viable reason. China is still getting all the oil they want via land.
@PileOBagels When has the president ever been honest about military action lol. It's just a cop out answer in my mind.
I'd give you a longer explanation of all the geopolitical pieces that make sense to me if i had more characters.
@PileOBagels I agree it's the wrong assessment, objective, priority. I'm just saying that those things are clearly connected and economic driven. Maybe singling in on China was cope but the focus being global positioning is definitely the biggest piece and it extends beyond the middle east
@mitchellshonk It won’t work. The whole pivot to China thing is frankly a lot of cope. China is a paper tiger. Their population is going to collapse even worse than ours. If we just focused on harnessing our own capabilities we fix our problems but we refuse to do that.
@PileOBagels Venezuela, the panama canal, iran, brics, etc etc all point back to China. Trumps attempting to reshape geopolitics in our favor and end the decades long era of "managed decline." Tbd how successful that attempt will be.
@PileOBagels I think that's mostly deflection. What Iran was or wasn't planning and Israel's undue influence and zionist objective are probably in play... but my money is on it being an economic global order play more than anything else. An all-in attempt to save the empire from collapsing.
So everyone on the offense gets an epa hit when a receiver drops a pass or a lineman misses their assignment etc... its a team stat, nit an individual one and surrounding talent just contributes to a lower/higher score.
@ultCLEsports the epa per play is agnostic to the talent on the field. It uses league wide historic results to predict the most likely next score (team +amount) based on the situation. Epa per play is a team stat that reveals how much better or worse you okay vs leagues baseline.
