I've had the flu since Feb 2nd. I know I'm double the age of Darryn. But it's been brutal. I could hardly sleep Monday night this week. I think today was the first day I felt almost back to normal.

@M_Vernon Obviously this situation is sensitive. But it is possible for a guy to be sick multiple times in a given winter. Heck, I have been. And there are different viruses that exist.

@MileHighCape @MattVerderame Would be very highly surprised. Plus ACL is the limiting factor even in multi-lig/complex injuries. Around the AP days we sped up recovery, but over the last 10 years we have fallen back into the middle with recommendations. Risk of re-injury goes down significantly after 9 mo.

Thankful for the support from OrthoKS/LMH! Relieved that it’s done! Blessed to be surrounded by some of the best PTs around that I am able to learn from daily. Rare to be at a place that now has 3 SCS therapists and a fellowship trained director. OrthoKS/LMH is the place to be!
