@RedsDaily4 So if a player struggles he can get benched, sent down, or DFA. Umpiring is hard no doubt, but gotta have some options for when a guy is sucking real bad. Game’s too important to let bad umpires continue to influence personal and team outcomes.

This is the worst DT draft class we have graded since starting this process in 2020. It lacks high-end talent and depth.
Lawrence is worth the 10th pick in this draft and then some.

Reminder: It’s a bad year to need a defensive tackle in the draft. Even the ones we like a lot (Woods, Hunter) will have massive question marks. This looks a lot like the 2022 class when guys like Zach Carter and Phidarian Mathis went much higher than consensus.

So let me get this straight: it’s a deep defensive draft… so you trade away a top 10 pick where you could lock up a younger player for up to 5 years…. for an older ( but very good) player…who can walk in 2 years as a free agent?
