The multi-month bounce back in Jobs that not enough people are talking about 👀 In 2025 it looked like US was at risk of slipping into Jobs Recession ⚠️ In 2026 the quicker you noticed the rebound the more money you made 💰

@HodlMagoo Yes though new grads need jobs & cash flow more than stock price entry.. Similar to 2009, imagine starting your career on the ground floor of Real Estate after 50% of the old guard just got rinsed

@mithcoons I think stocks 50% lower is a way better entry point for new grads compared to real estate. Looks like real estate is cooked for over a decade

What would the younger generation that are just entering the workforce benefit more from? A) 50% crash in equities B) 50% crash in real estate

@HodlMagoo Yes but real estate crash takes rents down too.. Housing is most peoples' biggest expense
