Can you provide me a timeline by when can I receive my money back. Hope I have been patience for long enough, it's 7 months since I made the payment. It shouldn't take this long to resolve a dispute.

This is a data privacy breach from your end. You cannot share another acc holders bank details instead Zebpay's. Bear in mind there are stringent laws against data privacy breach. It's been more than 3 months since the case was raised and you still could not give a time frame..

@Vipin102021 @zebpaysupport I appreciate your comments,I started my journey with Zebpay thinking they have fiduciary responsibility of funds we hold with them.But looking at my case I really doubt that.3 months to solve a case is bad. Well I am an acc holder with Bnb so I very well know how good they are.
