like people get woke and left leaning mixed up. HEAVILY. yoongi (for example) is left leaning. thats very clear. hes produced songs about revolution and actively tries to do the best he can w the industry hes in but hes not woke woke if that makes any sense...

@phremakewhen it’s only jarring for me if there are non chinese names, or exclusively american things without specification of where the fic is set. like, (hypothetically) if you’re writing wangxian in a frat doing keg stands but keep every character asian, im gonna get annoyed. where are we?

truthfully this would turn me off and annoy me in a sibling way, cuz I'd get irritated smelling, hearing, seeing and practicing with the same people 24/7 😭 realistically its probably this over the likelihood of them developing feelings for each other even if they are gay
