@mixamprint Really disappointed with my experience with @MixamPrint (tag as appropriate). My order is now over 3 weeks delayed, I sent 10+ emails asking for updates, and only today found out via a separate email that the final part of the order is lost.

@kamens Absolutely! And yes if you were to do that it would become a real order with shipping to your desired location. We can also help check and track the order number if/when it comes through.

@mixamprint Shucks, that’s a big downside for us! Appreciate you raising it. As a workaround, if I create an order via the API using payment type TEST_ORDER and then go into the interface, choose desired shipping, and pay… Will that become a “real” order and work ok, shipping to customer?

@mixamprint is there any way to choose shipping options when creating an order with your API? Right now orders created via API default to slowest shipping. Would love help! We're using mixam for: x.com/kamens/status/…

@kiell We’re so sorry your experience went this way, Andy. It’s our busiest time of year, and with thousands of urgent orders coming in, some delays have unfortunately happened. You deserved clearer communication on your order, and we truly apologize for not providing it.

Awful experience with @mixamprint. Part of an order didn’t arrive. It then took 13 days to receive what was missing, despite making it clear that it was urgent. I asked for a refund and was refused. Not even an apology.
