@fm_console tudo bem, eu que agradeço por voçê ter lançado esse mod, eu que sou curioso, e tentando criar algo pra colocar minhas faces, mas vou aguardar quando vc retornar, eu não entendo de programação, apenas sou designer. Parabéns pelo trabalho do mod.👏

I mean if you waited till I get back maybe then you know I can release my own actual app as I was testing the heads for a month to you know make sure it actually worked pre launch. I don’t know what you want me to say here this bit is the simpler bit and I’ve already got the solution to input better eyes again and test if it impacts on fps etc. again it’s alpha took me 2 weeks to get a consistent eye modelling to this point

Love the effort people are putting in to trying to create their own heads, whilst I’m on holiday. Are there any issues apart from FPS people are having in the alpha?

@fm_console tranquilo, você conseguiu o que parecia impossível meu amigo, estou muito feliz por esse mod, agradeço por pessoas como você e todos os mods que deixou o FM26 mais realista possível. Eu jogava o fm12, migrei pro 26 pela imersão dos mods.

@mizate7 No the eyes thing is the biggest problem have but I think I finally built a eye editor which meant I could fix all 513 in the pack Now whether there’s a slight config difference in FM is the last bit but when I come back I have built the tools to check it

Megapack is out now on fmheads.com 513 heads = 929 mb so this is a sizeable chunk more than first time The website now has a submission form for any bugs and updated installation instructions If you already have the plugin installed just need to replace the heads folder

So thanks to @fm_console's headhunter mod, I've also managed to put a (more) realistic face into FM26 for my NEWGEN striker. He has the face that I generated for him in the 3D match engine. Not perfect yet, but my word... the potential!

Plan is to build the following packs for tonight 🇧🇪Belgium 🇫🇷France 🇪🇸Spain 🇳🇱Netherlands 🇭🇷Croatia 🇲🇦Morocco 🇳🇴Norway 🇸🇪Sweden We do have club packs ready too but for alpha I’m just doing the nations first Arsenal Chelsea Liverpool Manchester City Manchester United Real Madrid PSG Bayern Munich etc. Will probably do separate nation packs first and then bundle them all in together as a first alpha mega pack and update the existing packs too Eventually it will be one mega pack but staggering it to check whether the increase in loading heads impacts performance etc. I can load 800 - 900 before the main menus loaded so I know it shouldn’t be an issue but this is why we need these steps in place to ensure we catch any loading issues etc.

Showcasing what the boot swapper and fitter will look like in game! The fitting process is something I need to do myself, and there will be thumbnails on the boots so you can see what they look like, but a very good basis to start with! #FM26

Ran into a slight bug across some of the 700 heads builds so far but we have been able to test the actual skin capabilities of FM in game it's almost there, the eyes are annoying no matter how many times I fix them they always seem to change up but the necks are looking great just fine tuning/tweaking

@fm_console A, perfeito, entendi, usando o facemaker tem como fazer o rosto, no caso as faces do PES funciona, porém uma dúvida, somente as faces do PES 20? Não entendo muito bem essa parte, no caso até face de PES 13, 17 funciona também?

Well the models are built in blender via the pes facemaker tools so that bit is well established nothing I can claim credit for there the getting it into FM26 and configured has taken longest. I have built a pipeline which can build a head from a facemaker pack and get it into FM in a couple of minutes For your own yes you can do it in blender the facemaker tool sort of worked for me but was very rough needs more work

Eye configs are still slightly off and hair shaders needed but nearly there look at the variety of textures we can add its going to make players unique and different in a lot of views not just close up

Here's the case in point the QA on the build shows great progress we can set the eye position I've just fixed Yamals! We can build the hair seperate to the head to put it into FM26 but the difference between what we think is being build versus testing shows we do have a slight gap when building the detailed hair but

Rebuilt Headhunter plugin is looking good just need to test changes are configuring as expected The heads are in its the hairstyles etc that are taking longer to get right but it will make the biggest single difference when playing FM
