I feel like I've been told I smell bad my entire life and I've tried so many different things to smell better I just feel like there's literally nothing else I can try... it just makes me feel like I should stop hygiene all together because apparently its pointless

I got told I smell bad at work again today but I genuinely dont know what to do anymore considering I do all the necessary hygiene and extra stuff before work and even put on a nice smelling fragrance and its making me so insecure

I wanna kill myself but I have to go to work
