Carla Denya is right about what Trump represents. He was created by a feeble Democrat Party. His policies are embodied in Farage and Badenoch. Britain is not immune. Starmer's "hard choices" are destructive in every way. Greens and allies must take the fight to them.

.@carla_denyer: “A dangerous bigot, bully, and liar is once again set to become the leader of the most powerful country in the world. A climate change denier, a proud racist and misogynist, and a man who has sought to subvert elections and incite insurrection.”

Trump is a symptom of a broken system. We can cross our fingers and hope we're not next, or we can get organised. Join Greens Organise 👉🏼 greensorganise.uk

Trumps victory should send a very clear messege to the Labour government. "Make a material improvement to the lives of working people or else..." Far Right populism is on the insurgency. Trade Unions need to take it seriously. We need to fight racism and make the case for working people.

In north #Gaza, people have been besieged by Israeli forces for almost a month. No food, water or medicine allowed in. We don’t know how many people are there exactly, or what their needs are. Despite continuous attempts we are not allowed to help.

Ahmed Iqbal Ullah would have been 52-years-old today but his life was tragically cut short in a racist murder at the age of 13. The Bangladeshi schoolboy was stabbed to death in a Manchester school playground after defending a younger Asian boy from racist bullying.

Sam Rose from UNRWA speaking from Gaza: "The life of everyone around here is a life of bombardment, bombs, shelling... this time last night, an UNRWA school that was today to be used as a polio vaccination centre was bombed, 22 people killed, the majority women and children"

Too big to regulate. Too proud to comply. A salutary lesson here for any government minister before they even think about criticising business or even hinting that they should comply with the law. Tone from the top now is absolutely dire. Anything goes from here on.

'I was horrified... You've got to have those conversations in private.' Billionaire @JohnDCaudwell responds to the Transport Secretary's comments that caused the pulling of a £1bn investment, telling @lewis_goodall: 'You don't condemn the geese that lay the golden eggs.'

You are no longer ‘simply’ complicit in Israel’s genocide. You are an active participant in the most brutal destabilisation of the Middle East in a generation. The Hague awaits.

Despite repeated warnings, the dangerous actions of Iran and its proxies are driving further escalation in the Middle East. Following its ballistic missile attack on Israel, we are holding Iran to account and exposing those who facilitated these acts.

After 50 years of declining terms and disempowerment, we needed the reversal of anti-union laws and a raft of positive union rights. This bill does not even entirely repeal the TU Act 2016 (ballot expiry after 6 months is untouched, from what I can see)

The Employment Rights Bill contains valuable new rights, but as flagship legislation is drastically short of ambition. When compared with Labour's 'New Deal' drafts, it clearly has the fingerprints of big business all over it
