Not sure what I fully expected today, but what I definitely did expect was that performance from Connor Gallagher & Kolo Muani. Two of the most disgustingly average footballers that offer us absolutely nothing! I appreciate most the squad is average, but they’re on another level.

I'm not even just saying this out of sympathy for his situation, but I'm not even sure I'd actually sack Tudor. He might feel it's right to step away and if he does, totally understandable, but if the alternatives are Hutter, Redknapp or Sherwood, I'd rather stick not twist.

When they replaced Frank that was the opportunity to have some balls to try & keep us up. It’s been a complete & utter waste of time. A decent manager would have had us playing in a certain way by now, everyone knowing their roles & we might have snuck an extra point or 2. Awful.

All these players are contracted. We don’t need to sell them. If we go down I’d be telling each & everyone one them they aren’t being sold. They got us relegated, they can take us back up & if they don’t want to do that, they can rot in the reserves until their contract expires.

Superb effort from everyone involved today to create an atmosphere & try to get us some momentum. One thing we can’t change, no matter how hard we try, is what the manager & players serve us up. Today it was yet another pile of roadkill. Lots of huff & puff but ultimately shit.

Players don’t have the minerals. 2 good performances in matches they were expected to lose so no real pressure. Unfortunately you can’t sack them all so the manager has to go. It’s hit or bust & you have to hit hoping someone else can do better. 1 point in 15 isn’t good enough

Whilst I agree with you that winning a trophy earned him the right to at least start the season, I read someone’s post earlier that I couldnt agree with more! His legacy is no different to George Graham or Juande Ramos. Bar a few matches, the football for 18 months was atrocious.

Call me an Ange shagger or whatever else you want. Sacking this man was the biggest mistake the club have made since sacking Pochettino. I don’t care about last season. With the momentum from the Europa League, it was absolutely criminal not to give him the chance to start season 3. Who knows what would have happened. But I’m absolutely certain of one thing, it wouldn’t have been this bad. For those calling for him to come back, as much of a dream that would be for me personally, there’s zero chance of it happening. Both from the board’s side and you’d imagine from his side as well. It’s a real life ‘what might have been’ moment. The result of that decision is showing itself in a truly catastrophic way.

I actually think sacking him today would be pointless. Get Liverpool out the way, which will be a loss whoever’s in charge. Between now & Monday get someone lined up. New manager bounce against Madrid, which is winnable by the way then beat Forest. Then a much needed 3 week break

@adamdnathan I disagree. I genuinely think they are beatable. Whether we can win by 3 or 4 goals is another questions, but sack the manager, get someone else in and there’s a good possibility we win the match. It’s the type of game where the fans can help get the result
