Watched The Odyssey at cinema, had my eyes closed & fingers in my ears for a few bits & nipped to the loo for a bit of a break about two hours in. Mr Dora loved it but even he found it very intense. I won't be rewatching it when it comes out on a streaming service 🫣

I GOT THE JOB BABY!!! After 11 wonderful years at my current school, I'm moving within my federation to become phase leader of KS2 from September. Whoop whoop!

30 little dragonflies made to give my lovely class tomorrow and the end of term. My first year back in EYFS in many years and I’ve loved every second. I’ve learned so much and really opened my eyes to how things have changed since my time there. I can’t wait to carry on in EYFS!

We have a UK champion in the house! All round UK athletics U15 sports hall champion. Also bagged a UK silver and UK bronze individual event medals as well as winning the whole multi event championship. Very proud mum today.

That's my last day as Assistant Headteacher done, as I'm pleased and excited to say that after half term I'll be stepping up to Deputy Headteacher. But, for now, bring on a week off!
