Nice! Unbiased selection of FACS parameters based on transcriptomic data, enabling label-free sorting of cell-types we don't have antibodies for. This has potential to reduce cost of cell & gene therapy manufacture, which relies heavily on cell sorting #engbio #CellandGeneTherapy
