And this is all without a turf course. I wouldn't be shocked if they add one within the next ten years the way they are going - would further cement them as the Premier track to winter at. Bravo to everyone at Oaklawn!!

Heartbreaking loss for the Sabres in Game 7 OT - hard to see that after two missed hooking penalties on Montreal at critical times in OT, and losing on a routine goal - but a magnificent run for Buffalo. They'll be back.

Just a normal morning of me dreaming for the day @sheetz brings back the Orange Creamsicle Canned Iced Coffee.

What this tells me is that many of the biggest trainers are training their horses to get their best performances during the Derby Trail (with some of those horses not even making it to the Derby). Many of those that won the Preakness were horses that didn't peak during Trail.

This Netflix MMA fight night already felt like cheap production value and then for the broadcast to miss the takedown live on the 17 second Rousey-Carano fight - geez.

Track played to stalkers yesterday and today - had to be a closer stalker to win. Why did Sheldon Russell press so quick early - Napoleon Solo wanted the lead and Russell took Taj Mahal faster - ugh - gotta play the track bias better. Paco did exactly that.

I think Sheldon Russell gets Taj Mahal to break well and stalk the pace, making a huge move at the far turn and playing along with how this dirt track has played all day. He's coming into this race very well and sharp. Adding The Hell We Did underneath - just so impressive.
