I know the weather isn’t too good but that’s a very poor crowd at Rodney parade . I will never understand where the U20’s are concerned why don’t they play in places such as Llandovery , Neath , Pontypool park etc .

There just doesn’t seem to be any heads up rugby. They seem to play to a set pattern on each part of the pitch rather than what’s in front

@ColinGHancock @simonrug Just gutted mate. Japans starter plays were below average, we turned them over at will. Their bench brought loads of energy and we fell away. Could have been the heat but feel really low about the position we are in at the moment.

One wonders what changes Wales might make for the second Test against Japan after today’s 24-19 defeat. The set-piece certainly needs shoring up, while there’s a lack of ball carrying clout up front and cutting edge behind. nation.cymru/sport/japan-24…
