On February 15, 2026, the Kasoa North Muqam Majlis held its Monthly Circuit Tahajjud at the Insaaniyya Mosque. The program featured a dars on "The Importance of Wasiyyat," followed by Quran and Yassarnal Quran reading classes after Fajr prayer. ​5 Atfal & ​8 Khuddam attended

On Friday, February 5, 2026, Kasoa North Muqam Mutamad Dr. M. Ali Katu and Insaaniyya Qaid Tahir A. Addo conducted visitation to two Majlis members at their workplace and residence. This initiative was part of the "Reaching Every Khadim" outreach program.

On March 8, 2026, Kasoa held its Aamila meeting at Insaaniyya Mosque. The meeting was attended by 45 Khuddam including Naib Sadr South-East, Irfan Hammond and Muhtamim Tajneed, Saeed Ekow Sam. The meeting was focused on financial dues, and the Majlis Secretariat project.

On Sunday, April 5, 2026, members of the Kasoa South Muqam conducted a formal welfare visit to the residence of the Muqam President, who is currently unwell. ​A total of 15 Khuddam actively participated in the visitation. Visit us @ mkaghana.org

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, Circuit Mutamad Dr. M. Ali Katu and Zonal Ummumi Ishmael Amfoh conducted home visits to five Khuddam in the Akweley No. 2 Jama’at (Kasoa North). This initiative is part of a broader effort to personally connect with every Khaddim.
