ELLA KARP gives it to us one last time with a new school record 43-7.75 in Shot Put at Nike Nationals last night! Ella finished 8th in the stacked field. She then made the trip up to Boston to compete, finishing 9th overall. That. Girl. 🔥

This also moved her into 3rd All Time for Indoor Shot Put in Gloucester County history.

Last night, Ella was named to the Indoor Track All South Jersey for shot put. Today, she competed in the Eastern States Championships in NYC. She finished 2nd overall with a new PR and Washington Twp school record of 43’ 3.75”.

Congratulations to the Washington Township girls team for winning the 2025 Punchout. This years Throwdown series is officially over.
