Is there any examples of founders with well known brands that make multi-millions in profit (verified), who sell courses or do seminars?

Everyone is winging it to some degree. Everyone is wearing a mask. Everyone is putting up a front. All your idols, all your heroes, put them in front of you face to face and they are just people. “You’re just a man.” Marcus Aurelius. Never forget it.

Again they’re all the reasons I follow and look up to you Reece but it has absolutely no relevance on the fact your stating it’s not cool to have to post to keep up with appearances even tho you still post when you actually are someone with a business that doesn’t rely on you ? So it becomes strange from my point of view when you say that. Because if anyone doesn’t need to post based on your beliefs it’s definitely you that doesn’t need social media and to post anything

@GuthixMoney @mkftheone @jturnxr04 I give game for free, I show what’s possible via tangible results - none of what I do is with the intention of selling my knowledge or even selling more of my product. You can verify my profit, you can go to my stores in 3 continents. Few.

@ReeceWabara also when you’ve previously highlighted Omaha brothers I get why you’ve done that. Because you’re suggesting theres an intent to mislead which isn’t acceptable if you’re positioning yourself as someone of authority to educate. But just to reiterate not everyone trying to sell education and share knowledge and be front facing would ever have that intention.

Agreed but also becoming a brand people admire if you have the desire and ability to do so is cool as well. It may not be for you. But for some individuals they have the naturally charisma desire and ability to be front facing and be the brand It’s all difficult building MDV is difficult building a personal brand and maintaining it like Hormozi is difficult both also should be highly respected

@ReeceWabara @GuthixMoney @jturnxr04 I want to add. I enjoy your tweets and your lifestyle related posts genuinely. Like I said I feel inspired but if you truly believe what you’ve said you’d be happy to delete all of your social media’s Because you have no desire to be seen or keep up appearances

@GuthixMoney @mkftheone @jturnxr04 Being rich isn’t cool anymore in a world where everyone “appears” rich What is cool, is owning brands people admire, and living in peace without the need to keep up appearance or be seen. In my opinion.

Do some more research. He’s one of the good guys in my opinion. I think he does everything with the intention to monetise but why do we all sit on our high horse like we aren’t all greedy and think money first But he also has a clear intention to want to help people and leave the world a better place than he found it through his knowledge

Reece brother, you’re talking to someone who’s followed you for the last six years, since I embarked on my journey. Like I said, you’re someone I look up to and you inspire me. Being mixed race from the UK, it’s good to have you around. Having said that, you may not post lifestyle frequently, but when you do, you do it. And regardless of the volume, you still do it. I would also argue that if you’re someone with the ability to teach and it makes sense for you, why not teach and make money that way? We’re all trying to make money. If an individual makes multi-millions year in, year out, but also has the ability and the desire to educate and believes there should be a price on that, why not? Again, if the customer is happy and fulfilled, what’s it got to do with anyone else? I know the above example speaks to the few rather than the majority of course sellers, but like I said, we should highlight and appreciate those who do it right, not paint everyone with the same brush. Alex Hormozi in particular is a net positive figure in what we’re discussing.

@mkftheone @jturnxr04 Firstly, I rarely post lifestyle. Secondly, none of my actions are with monetisation in mind. If you make multi-millions year in year out & have significant equity, there’s no need to monetise, unless you’re fame hungry or money obsessed - which is a whole different problem

Very true, and I don’t judge it whatsoever. I just don’t think those who do it for the social outlet, gratification, and ego inflating are all of a sudden superior to the ones who do it for monetisation, especially through education, if that education is high quality and the customers are genuinely happy. It makes no sense to me how and why guys like @ReeceWabara and @Julianpetroulas, who are socially prominent figures, even mention course sellers in that way. We all know most course sellers are idiots. It’s the easiest way to leverage knowledge. And that’s coming from me, someone who sells education. Selling education is the easiest leverage I apply to generate income. But that doesn’t mean I can’t generate income from the actual skill I have and am teaching, and it also doesn’t mean it’s easy. Doing it properly, so the customer or whoever I’m teaching is actually happy and fulfilled, is not easy. The barrier to entry is low, which is why idiots enter the industry, disregard the actual skill, and just sell the “knowledge.” But not everyone is wired to cut corners. Not everyone is out to mislead people. I educate because it gives me purpose and it’s fulfilling. That shouldn’t be frowned upon as a whole. The bad actors should be identified, and the good guys should be appreciated.

@mkftheone @ReeceWabara @jturnxr04 Love this tweet Ultimately it comes down to humans needing a social outlet It’s a ego thing , even with good intentions . What’s the point of having all of the riches if you can’t showcase it ?

Okay and I get that mate. But what I’m saying is that actually backs my point. Let’s assume Alex Hormozi is a fraud who makes all his money from courses and education. How has he managed to do that? How has he managed to generate that level of wealth? How has he got that much influence to be able to do it at the highest level? Branding, brother. That’s my point. As Reece Wabara says learn life. You don’t get to the level of a Hormozi without building an incredible brand. Reece’s brand is clothes. Hormozi’s brand is Hormozi. It’s disrespectful to look past that when we’re looking at the numbers Hormozi does.

@mkftheone @ReeceWabara @jturnxr04 Bruh, the whole point was if you are selling a course, that is probably how you are sustaining your income, selling a story of success to others without actually doing the ‘thing’ how hard of a concept is this

Reece didn’t mentioned “not a personal one” which is exactly my point at what point do we value a clothing brand or a make up brand like MDV more powerful than a face like a Kardashian, or Hormozi or even Iman Ghadzi @GadzhiIman is a perfect example of someone who gets far too much hate. Took himself from a broke child of a single mother to financial freedom, a cult behind him, and potentially a 9 figure net worth. He’s a young guy who’s changed his life through his PERSONAL brand. Iman Ghadzi talks many follow. And because of how he’s solidified himself again as a great communicator story teller. Aslong as he doesn’t do anything drastically stupid he will always be able to leverage his positioning as a way to generate huge sources of income. Again was once a kid in his bedroom with some ideas and nothing to his name. My point is Reece is commenting under the likes of Alex Hormozi dismissing what brand is.

@mkftheone @ReeceWabara @jturnxr04 You’re making a point that no one was disputing, the question was if you have a brand not including a personal one, is there any examples of them selling a course.
