@Chennai_One Booked a ticket with bus otp K0432 got the ticket activated with K0194 Which was confusing, upon checking multiple people got the same. Bus Details Route: 70V TN 01 AN 4811 ANK 0432

@NammaChennai_ The joining on GST Road side with the bus stop right at the merging point gonna be very painful. Saw merge lines painted a couple of weeks back but still skeptical on how this is gonna work.

@Chennai_One Bought a ticket beforehand, after entering the bus otp to activate the ticket. Getting blank error. Had to buy a new ticket with the same otp. Kindly check and fix this. Also how can I get a refund for this ticket?

Hey @Chennai_One, loving the app but have 4 quick suggestions: Load screen is slow (~4s ⏱️). UPI management is hard to find. Need a dedicated tab for UPI Lite balance (not inside payment flow). Use better action tiles on the Home Screen instead of the map.
