.@Equibase should add a “Nominations” tab to horse profiles, so you can see what stakes a horse is nominated to without having to dig through nomination sheets. Would be a game changer.

We’ve had bad pass interference calls all weekend and some missed PI calls. But the one in the Texans-Colts game was very bad. Blatant disregard of the rule when legs get tangled. And on top of that they missed a delay of game before the ball was snapped.
NFL has to do something about this.

Yesterday just prior to race four @HSIndyRacing, Equibase’s system lost connection with the track’s tote feed just prior to the start of the race until a few minutes after the race was run. The issue resulted in discrepancies in the graphic display of the odds, both on track and on simulcast feeds, for the horses throughout the running of the race and until the issue was resolved a few minutes after the race was completed. The odds reflected in the graphics during the race were not the actual final odds, which are set when the gates open to start the race, so there was no impact to the actual betting odds on the race. Safeguards are in place to avoid these types of software issues, but it was not failproof in this instance. Equibase management will fully review what happened and take additional measures to ensure it does not happen in the future. @ericahalstrom @RacingRachelM @JohnGDooley @MrBAnalyst
