So excited for our professional development tour kicking off today in Panama! Waiting at the airport to welcome our educational leaders coming from 10 different states around the country!

My bucket is full after 2 days aligning with educators at the @BASA_Supt fall conference in Ohio. I enjoyed the programming and conversations more than ever this year! Now it’s on to Panama for our #fallprofessionallearning tour.

Game on! We’re rocking 4 states and 2 countries in a 3-week span. Started with @NYSchoolSupts fall conference. Then MD with my daughter this past weekend & now onto OH for @BASA_Supt conference. Excited to talk about global competency & grateful for an amazing, supportive family!

It’s back to school season- so for me it’s work travel season! Getting out to meet with educational leaders throughout the country (and beyond!) to talk about building global competency through educational travel. This morning’s journey is taking me to Ohio. Away we go…

Day 2: 1st full day of #learning on tour. Stockholm City Hall & mosaics; Vasa Ship & the history & culture of the city. So much knowledge was acquired, many lessons learned & new friends made. (Also a trip to ABBA museum!) #ProfessionalDevelopment

It’s Arrival Day here in Stockholm. ~40 educational leaders coming from ~15 states to join us for a week of #professional learning, #global competency development and #cultural experiences.

I’m off for our Professional Learning tour. This year I’m taking a group of ~40 administrators from around the US to Sweden, Finland & Estonia to build their global competency, create new connections & learn about culture & education in 🇸🇪, 🇫🇮 & 🇪🇪! #travel #education @EFtours

I love helping teams work together to discover their #strengths & work more effectively! It was a great day working w/ the FACE team at Denver Public Schools doing @Gallup #strengths training & id’ing the #strengths they bring to their community& students they serve.

Denver-bound this morning to work with an incredible crew of educators to discover their #strengths. We’ll drill down on what makes each of them unique & a powerful addition to their team & to the community of student & families they serve!

One of my favorite things is working w/ new & aspiring leaders to understand their strengths via @CliftonStrengths. We use it @EFtours to build effective teams that help create opportunities to open the world through educational travel! Thank you @BASA_Supt for having me!

Ohio bound this Monday to meet with district leaders and to do work with the incredible new superintendent cohort @BASA_Supt. (Maybe a quick stop at @jenisicecreams too?)

Even in the rain, it’s a beautiful day to visit with educators in Yonkers to talk about creating access and opportunity for travel based learning for their students!

Grateful for #starbucks free wifi and decaf options. 4th visit for work/power up this trip. #productivity #worktravel

Back on the road. My favorite ferry commute - even with the fog! Off to #LongIsland to talk with #educational leaders about how we can help students be more future ready through travel-based learning.

That’s a wrap on the 2025 @NYSchoolSupts #winterinstitute. Great conversations, learning & ideation. Loved seeing how the educational leaders of New York State are supporting their students, how ALL still means ALL & that HOPE exists. Now it’s onto #NoLa for @AASAHQ #NCE2025.
