I'm halfway through a 6-week "sabbatical" from work. I used the first half to rest and recover, and gather enough mental strength to google "tax planning for US citizens residing in Canada"

@dileshnij I gave up on Clockwise and went back to manually scheduling things once they started this aggressive sales model. Seems like it backfired for them!

The pandemic has taken so much from us, but today I’m particularly mourning the days that a massive snow storm led to a surprise day off school and work, rather than business as usual with the added burden of having to comment on the weather in each meeting

Managing virtual junior kindergarten requires 100% attention. Especially when it’s in French and your kid isn’t a confident French speaker. My work is suffering but at least my French is getting better? 🤷🏻♀️

@aeolianharps I hope you get better! I found that CBD helped me without bad after effects. Also exercise and outside time. But easier said than done of course.

I used to call my 8 month old son a “covid baby” because he was conceived and delivered during the pandemic.
He just levelled up: conceived, delivered…and contracted 😭
Going into a brutal family quarantine for next two weeks, wish us luck.
