This is a very sensible move and something colleagues have been working on all week. Signage being reviewed to ensure clarity. Exemption period extended to help scheme bed in. And assurance other parts - like blue badge exemption approach - can be reviewed and amended

I understand that the trial will inconvenience people, and will require behaviour change. But I think it is important that we test the scheme and see if it can deliver positive outcomes for our community. Then a decision can be made.
