Almost 5 hours being on hold with 3 different companies - IKEA, Verizon and UHUAL in 2 days. IKEA can’t tell me where my delivery is or when it will arrive. UHUAL manager never called me back. Verizon got disconnected after explaining my issue. Going local from now on!
