Congratulations to Liberty's 8th grade girls' basketball team on a 36-23 victory over Flossmoor Parker to become sectional champions. The Patriots punched their ticket to state and play this Saturday against Springfield Washington at Normal Parkside at 2:30pm.

Before Thanksgiving, the Liberty 8th Grade Girls Basketball team gobbled up a Regional Championship! They face Parker Junior High next week for a Sectional match and chance to advance to the state tournament!

On Saturday, Liberty's 7th grade girls' basketball team competed in the State Tournament, defeating Chatham Glenwood and Willowbrook Westview Hills. They now will play in the State Championship game against Normal Kingsley at 7:30pm on Thursday in Morton, IL. Best of luck!

The 7th Grade Liberty Girls' Basketball Team is headed to the IESA State Tournament! The girls are hoping to bring some hardware back to Liberty and will play their first game at 2:30pm on Saturday, and with a win, will play again in the semi-finals at 6:30pm.
