Shocking decision by John Beaton in missing a clear and obvious penalty during today's Celtic - Motherwell game...but not in the least surprising given his leanings and associated actions such as the ill-advised visit to the loyalist Crown Bar in Bellshill after a Glasgow Derby game. Here we see Beaton prevaricate over the VAR call. He must have been heavily raging when he realised there was no option but to award a penalty.
