given the age of information disorder that we live in, this isn't the wisest thing to do anymore. It literally is one of the biggest causes of misinformation now. Pakistani news outlets will benefit from a little editorial innovation instead of trying to defend archaic practices

Abdullah let me tell you one thing. It will add your knowledge for future. There is something called "file photo / video". When there is photo/video of the meeting not available at that time, old video is played. Media persons know this very well.
