First and second varsity hits against La Salle and Moses Brown! Excited for a big week ahead vs Bayview/PCD, Westerly, and Moses Brown. Looking forward to continuing to help my team in my freshman season!! 2–6 with 2 HBP as well. Grateful for all the opportunities.

Tried out @kinziehansen throwing drill today. When it’s 70 in New England after weeks of snow that means you get get out to throw!! 💪💪

Part 1 of our team lift was Sumo deadlifts. Build up to 5 reap heavy. 5 @ 145 lbs 💪🏼💪🏼

Working with plyo balls to strengthen my shoulder and quicken my throw. Focused on becoming a better all-around athlete to help my team compete. Working inside to stay warm during this blizzard! ❄️🥶

Got more reps inside today. Continuing to work towards my goals of becoming a more explosive athlete and having quick feet. As well as working on stealing strikes for my pitchers. @BombersElite

Taking advantage of this February break. Had team practice yesterday and today caught a bull pen plus got some reps off the tee. Trying to reach my off seasons goals of being a more consistent hitter and less movement while framing. High school season 🔜

Hit this morning after getting home last night. Overall solid weekend as a team. I didn’t perform to my standard in FL, but it was the reminder I needed heading into HS and summer. Time to keep working.

Continuing to work in the gym and making progress every day! Today was deadlift day 80-85% followed by a 20 minute AMRAP. 3x105 ➡️ 2 x 125➡️2x135

Offseason work continues! Getting stronger, faster, and more explosive. Excited to keep improving this winter to help my team reach our goals in the spring!
