I don’t know if this is true, but if it is, I think it’s likely that it is unlawful in a number of ways concerning freedom of speech, conscience, protected beliefs and political indoctrination… The reason I can believe this kind of thing is happening is that my own daughter’s primary school made her scribe the 99 names of Allah upon a paper chain, said to symbolise the gates of hell. She was also asked to undertake a kind act every day of Ramadan. By contrast, the same year, the school replaced the Christmas Carol concert with a Freddie Mercury medley, explaining it was more inclusive for a secular state school.
What does this image mean? We have mostly lost in the western Church the idea that the visual symbols in sacred art have specific, non-negotiable meanings not subject to our own interpretation. They're a language, that you can learn to read. Link in reply 👇
Many advocates for good government and attorneys will be vigilantly watching Mandami’s radical and ambiguous creation of new city agencies like the Office of Public Engagement and others. Public funds cannot be exploited for political or ideological agendas, and every new agency must be scrutinized closely, with immediate legal action taken when they overstep the law. The wolf is indeed in the henhouse, and strict protocols must be established to ensure the protection and privacy of all New Yorkers. The potential theft of information on citizens and voters puts everyone at risk. We must sue these interlopers into oblivion if they cross that line. Socialists may think they’re being cute or clever, but their just arrogant. Taking them down will be a satisfying endeavor, real New Yorkers and citizens cannot shy away from this necessary fight!
