I talk to entrepreneurs every day who burn money on garbage leads. I fix that.

Against the backdrop of the general nonsense on our beloved planet, I would like to remind you of the following In the current reality, if your business is not digital and if it depends on certain people (it doesn't matter where they live, in the UAE, Europe, whatever) = you are in a fu*king vulnerable position, bro I won't even mention those who go to work and live on a salary What the fu*k are they thinking (I suspect they're not thinking at all) that when entrepreneurs are in survival mode, they will start thinking about their employees first? I don't know. I talk to these entrepreneurs every day, and so far, everyone I've helped set up teams of agents has left me saying, "Fu*k, now I have to hire people..." And if anyone expects that governments, let alone corporations, will pay everyone an unconditional basic income and hand out money for no reason, they are mistaken. If that happens, it won't be anytime soon. And it will either be after people start burning down data centers out of hunger, or when governments come up with some dreary job to shove them into for peanuts.

Mark Cuban just described the largest wealth transfer of the AI era. Almost nobody understood what he said. Cuban: “There are 33 million companies in this country. Aren’t going to have AI budgets. Aren’t going to have AI experts.” Not tech startups. The shoe store. The regional trucking outfit. The accounting firm with 12 employees. The businesses that actually run the physical economy. They know AI is coming. They have no idea what to do with it. Cuban: “You’ve got the head of Microsoft saying software is dead because everything’s going to be customized to your unique utilization.” Software is dead. The SaaS era ran on one rule. Build a generic product. Force millions of companies to bend their workflows around it. Charge rent forever. AI ends the contract. The business stops bending to the software. The intelligence bends to the business. But customized by whom. The third-generation manufacturer cannot tell Claude from Gemini. The county hospital is staring at a reactor asking where the light switch is. Cuban: “Who’s going to do it for them?” That question is worth more than the frontier models themselves. Hundreds of billions are being burned to build the foundation. The smartest engineers alive are locked in a bloodbath over who owns the base layer. Let them fight. Let them burn the capital. Let them drive the cost of raw intelligence toward zero. Because the wealth does not collect where the brain is built. It collects where the brain meets the business. Every ambitious kid in college right now thinks survival means a seat at OpenAI or Anthropic. Cuban is staring at the other 99 percent of the economy. Learn the models. Then learn the messy, unglamorous reality of how a 50-person company actually operates. Walk through the door. Understand their problems. Wire the intelligence directly into their revenue. That is not a job title. That is an entire economic class being born. You do not need to build the brain. You need to build the nervous system. The biggest winners of the electricity era were not the engineers who built the generators. They were the ones who walked into dark factories and showed the owners where to plug in. 33 million companies are standing in the dark right now. Silicon Valley is racing to build the god. The fortunes will belong to whoever teaches him a trade.

GTA 6 is about to create more millionaires than most startups. If you're locked in on release, you could change your life in a month. Some ideas: 1. AI-powered RP servers: Use Claude to write entire storylines - characters, missions, gang lore, fake businesses, police scanners, side quests. One person can build what used to take a 20-person writing team. charge server access at $10-20/mo. 10k players = life-changing money. 2. UGC content factory: GTA 6 clips already go viral. Now use AI video tools to mass-produce cinematic shorts from your gameplay. Use Claude + Remotion to script and auto-edit. Post 10x what everyone else can. Own the GTA content niche on TikTok and YouTube before anyone else figures it out. 3. In-game AI NPCs (once PC is live): ElevenLabs voice cloning + Claude = NPCs that actually talk back. Build interactive shop owners, taxi dispatchers, gang leaders with real conversations. License your NPC packs to server owners. 4. Build the picks and shovels: Don't play the game. Sell tools to the people who do. Asset packs, logo generators, lore templates, server management dashboards. Use AI to build them fast, sell them on marketplaces, or direct to server owners. 5. AI coaching/strategy content: Use AI to analyse GTA 6 meta - best money methods, fastest missions, optimal builds. Be the first creator posting data-driven guides instead of vibes. Search demand will be insane at launch.

An insider is claiming that GTA 6's user-generated content will "produce millionaires" "When it does come, especially on PC, if you thought GTA 5 was crazy, especially with the RP servers, you haven’t seen nothing yet"

Clavicular says Instagram was the worst thing to ever happen to dating "Instagram allowed girls to have selection beyond their immediate surroundings. Hypergamy still existed before, a girl would still want to date up for the top men in her town. But now it's worldwide for these girls to hook up with football players, professional athletes, actors." "Imagine you're the guy in this girl's town, and you're not just competing against the local chad, you're competing against like Lionel Messi. It's brutal."

The video went viral online, triggering a police investigation after authorities recognized the luxury villa used in it. Indonesia has very strict anti-p*rn laws. She was arrested while attempting to fly to Thailand on March 13.

Why would I hire a contractor for half a million dollars when my Digital Alfred can: Analyze 10,000 hours of top-performing hooks in 4 seconds. Generate 50 variations of a 59-second ad, each A/B tested for a specific sub-demographic. Automate the entire acquisition loop with a $40 API key.

The Moscow Shift. Sitting at Coffeemania on Nikitskaya. Across from me is a classic Moscow "tiger"—one of those guys who built empires on phone calls, handshakes, and raw charisma. 50 years old. Hundreds of employees. Offices in the City. He’s nervously spinning his Mercedes keys, staring out the window. — "Look, Marat," he says. "I’ve been in the game for thirty years. I’ve got the best guys on sales. I pay them 300k fixed. But I feel like we’re drowning. We have the leads, we pour the budgets, but the output... it’s like we’re trying to row with a broken oar." I stay silent. Waiting for him to say it himself. — "Yesterday, my kid," he continues, "the twenty-two-year-old. He put together some 'crap' on his laptop over dinner. Called it an 'agent.' That thing processed five hundred old leads overnight—leads my 'star' salesmen threw in the trash a year ago. Five closed deals by morning. Without a single phone call." He looks up at me. It’s not fear. It’s pure, childlike bewilderment. — "For thirty years, I thought business was about people. It turns out business is about throughput. My people are the bottleneck. They get tired. They lie. They want vacations. But this code... it just eats electricity and spits out results." This is the shift. The moment a Moscow boomer realizes that charisma doesn't scale. In Moscow, people used to buy status through headcount. "I have a staff of a hundred." It sounded heavy. In 2026, it sounds like a diagnosis. Status now is having five architects and a swarm of ten thousand autonomous agents who don't know what a "bad mood" is. — "So what, I fire everyone?" he asks, finishing his cold raff. — "No," I reply. "You stop being a babysitter for grown men and you become the System Operator. Your experience is the logic. Your connections are the data. Give them a real engine." He sat in silence for a long time. Then he opened his laptop. — "Show me the math. I’m done paying the 'human factor' tax. I want to own the infrastructure." This isn't just "innovation." It’s the evolution of the species. The guys who denied AI yesterday are frantically searching today for a way to turn their knowledge into an algorithm. Because in Moscow, either you dictate the rules to the code, or the code erases you from the food chain. The juice is in the transition. The old guard is waking up. You either build your "Order" on top of AI, or you remain the director of a museum of inefficiency. I chose the first. My companion, it seems, just did too. What about you? We’re off-shoring the old mindset.

the main reason for your mistakes I've ordered the same meal four times this week from the same place The delivery guy recognized me and gave me that nod like, "Here he goes again" yeah, "that one" again Fuck pleasure It’s long gone I eat because my body needs fuel to do what I need to do and for the same reason, I fill up my car with gas I don't like the process I don't go through the menu I just found something that works and I repeat that pattern in everything I do… I keep rotating the same four outfits all black with a single accent a watch or glasses, depending on what I'm doing I take the same route to the gym I wake up at the same time (when I actually sleep) I’ve eliminated the parts of my life that don’t yield results all my mental energy goes where it actually makes a difference right now, I make about four decisions a day. everything else is automated. it’s all decided and set in advance. this applies to people as well. I have a very small circle of friends maybe three people I actually talk to regularly I've cut ties with everyone else over the past two years slowly… they didn't see it… one after another when I realized that every person in my life either energized me or drained me there weren't any fucking neutral ones those who wanted to "get together" every two weeks for a drink have left do I have to be the one to always cheer them up? they left too. the ones who only posted when they needed something. oh well…. They've gone to hell too. what’s left. From the people who actually make me a better person. most people keep others around out of guilt. Or because “that’s just how it is.” Fuck. Out of fear of being “that guy” who cuts everyone off. I’m fine with being that guy.

The funniest thing about business. People hire "talented managers," betting everything on their charisma. I look at that and see a systemic error. Talked to a founder yesterday. He’s paying $10k a month to guys who "feel the client." I went into their CRM. Checked the logs. Checked the response times. Manager charisma evaporates after 4 hours of silence. The "unique approach" dies when they’re in a bad mood. The human is the most unstable node in your system. The Biological Barrier. The client’s brain is a signal-processing machine. The first signal is speed. The second is precision. If you respond in 15 minutes — in their limbic system, you’re already "slow." "Unreliable." "Weak." No amount of "phone charm" an hour later can fix that. I spent all last month fixing this. Removed the humans. Installed the code. A stack of Python + n8n + LLMs. The Algorithm doesn't sleep. It doesn't take smoke breaks. It doesn't get depressed. It never thinks "I’ll call them tomorrow." Lead drops — signal sent. 2 seconds later, the agent is leading the dialogue. It doesn't try to "seem nice." It works directly with the intent. It qualifies. It calculates. It closes. The founder’s managers were pissed. They said: "A robot can’t convey our corporate culture." I asked them: "Is your culture responding to a client the next day?" Silence. The data killed the arguments. Conversion up 20%. Payroll burned to zero. People think sales is "chemistry" and psychology. No. Sales is the architecture of signals. If you give the right signal at the right time — the client’s brain says "yes" before they even recognize the brand. I don’t build "chatbots." I build the infrastructure that off-shores the chaos. I spend my time on code. On logic. On systems. Because a system is the only signal that doesn't lie. Everything else is just noise. Most people deny this. They want to be "human." They keep burning cash on "star employees" while they get lapped by those who chose the algorithm. I chose the algorithm. I control the funnel the same way I control my pulse. Minimal loss. Maximum density. The code is the new elite. The agents are the new army. You can keep believing in the "power of the team." Or you can admit the game has changed. I’m already in the next chapter.
