Meet Siyabonga Nkosi, who in just two years of doing business with Eskom he earned more than R17 million.
He overcharged Eskom for relays. Each relay is R450, however Nkosi charged Eskom R50 000 each relay, meaning he made 11000% profit.
He used 3 different companies, and did the same action with each company.

1. Sgt #FannieNkosi bail application was heard yesterday, a ruling will be rendered on Wednesday, 22 April 2026.
2. Both #JuliusMkhwanazi & #KagisoLerutla appeared in court yesterday. They are facing charges of fraud, corruption and defeating the ends of justice. They will appear in court for a formal bail application on Thursday, 23 April 2026. The charges aren’t related to the #MadlangaCommission
3. Action SA has called for the immediate suspension of Ekurhuleni’s City Manager #KagisoLerutla following his arrest on charges of fraud and corruption.
4. Ekurhuleni City Council has appointed Dr #TsholofeloKoopedi as Acting City Manager following the arrest of #KagisoLerutla
5. ANC has given the #SACP 10 days to decide who it will campaign for in the upcoming local government elections. The SG of the ANC has stated that members must choose who they’ll campaign for as it will be impossible to campaign for both the ANC and the SACP.

10.2 He testified that he couldn’t raise allegations of tender fraud without ‘concrete information’ due to how whistleblowers are often taken out in Mzansi.
10.3 He further testified that he doesn’t have business interests nor received any gratification from any of the companies that bid for tenders at Tshwane.
11. The Gardee family has written to the #MadlangaCommission for it to investigate allegations made by Lt General #Manamela in connection with the murder of #HillaryGardee

1. EMPD Deputy Chief, #JuliusMkhwanazi will be appearing in the Boksburg Magistrate court today following allegations of fraud & defeating the ends of justice levelled against him. #MadlangaCommission
2. Ekurhuleni City Manager, #KagisoLerutla was arrested yesterday and will be appearing in court today. At this stage, there are contradictory versions on the allegations he is facing, with his lawyers stating that the charges relate to an old speeding case, whilst media reports outline more serious allegations.
3. Sergeant will continue with his bail bid today. He has been in custody since his last bail application.
4. #SuliemanCarrim was discharged from hospital yesterday following what was reported as a heart attack scare. He is home and recovering. He is set to appear at the #MadlangaCommission on the 29th of April 2026.
5. Tshwane suspended CFO, #GarethMnisi returns to the #MadlangaCommission today. He will be cross-examined by Adv Chaskalson SC
6. Suspended Lt General #DaphneyManamela delivered a presser yesterday making very serious and damaging allegations against Senior Saps Officials. Some of the take-aways from the presser:
6.1. On Bheki Cele, she stated that he wanted a former COGTA MEC to be arrested. He insisted on a police chopper whilst in ANC regalia.
6.2. #GeneralMkhwanazi and crew stayed in a hotel for over 19 months which was approved by #FaniMasemola and this was in millions of rands.
6.3 MEC Jackie Macie was in December 2025, awarded 19 LG Fridges worth R25k each at a SAPS function & the source of funds are unknown.
