@mmsn1970 @iamalittlehappy Then the family themselves should file a lawsuit against the parents for wrongful death. That's about the best thing they'll get. Probably cost them more in attorneys fees than they'd get, but sometimes the principle matters more than $.

My baby is so brave. He took his #covid test like a champ. Unfortunately it was positive. As of now it’s like a mild cold, but I could tell something was off and he had a temp. To be safe we tested. I want to take a moment to share some things the general public may not realize:

@Shade1C @iamalittlehappy The vaccine had not been released in November. He was 49. He kept up with the news every day waiting for the vaccination to be released.

@Meandyo23071263 @DPrabhata @iamalittlehappy My friend's class had chairs 6 feet apart too. Did not make a difference. He constantly had to tell the children to put their mask over their nose. It just ended up killing him.

@DPrabhata @mmsn1970 @iamalittlehappy Agree. My child starts school in a few days. I'm not feeling good about it. The school is small enough that the kids are going to be kept 6 ft apart. However no mask. Just face shield 🙄 which is pointless and stupid.

@mmsn1970 @iamalittlehappy I am so sorry for your loss. My best friend has been fighting for his life since May. He has just turned 43 and was totally healthy. He was not infected by a kid, but had to set up computer systems at multiple offices. We don't know exactly he got it.

They had a reasonable assumption that sending their Covid + kids 2 school would infect some1 else & that that person could die from it. If the DA doesn't file it it's bc it's political

Anyone knowing that their kids are sick and still send them to school which cause them to infect another person should be charged with pre-meditated murder since they were aware that the child was sick, My son is a teacher and I am 72, so he has to be extremely careful.
