So many people treat healing like an aesthetic but it’s really messy & uncomfortable. There’s nothing aesthetically pleasing about it.

Hitting rock bottom is not the end of your life when Christ is your rock.

It takes great self control to let things go.

It’s amazing to me the things you start to care less about when you cross the 40+ threshold. You realise that so little things are worth your time and attention.

The difference between blessed and stressed is often just rest.

As an elder millennial who came of age when Google became a verb, I had difficulty grasping that ~40% of Gen Zers use TikTok for search. So I hosted a mini-focus group with Gen Zers to learn more. Here are 3 takeaways:
