@NuSensuelle I have been in touch with the email address you mentioned since 11th December 2023 when the warranty claim was approved. It is now 24th March 2024 and I still haven't received a replacement for this faulty product which went faulty in less than 9 months after purchase.

@mnelson84 Has this issue been resolved? If not, please send an email to daniel@nusensuelle.com. He is in our warranty department.

@NuSensuelle How long should I expect to wait for delivery of a replacement product once a warranty claim is accepted when in the UK? I'm struggling to get a response from your customer services after the claim was authorised and they confirmed they would ship a replacement.

@itschuckmck @NHSEngland Modern nursing needs those that are able to study and learn at degree level and higher. It is not a job that involves just brow mopping and hand holding. It would be rediculous that they do not.
