3 key findings: 1. Since 2020, the number of female CEOs has grown from 10% to 15% 2. 19 out of 20 organizers have entirely white or ethnic majority senior leadership teams 3. There are no minority ethnic female professionals on any senior leadership team (a decline since 2020)

It was so nice to meet & chat with @mnsomji. I can't wait for her session at @SisoOrg #CEOSummit. Highlights: There are more women leaders at the top of the #tradeshow industry, but the numbers are still low & the lack of racial diversity leaves our industry behind other sectors.

"It was interesting to come at this from a surrogate’s perspective. I know others were surprised by how much you had to think about at the beginning, and how those things would pan out later down the line.. This feels like the tip of the iceberg of where this game could go."

"Everyone enjoyed the theatre style of it to deliver the information. I liked seeing into the insights of the intending parents and surrogates at the beginning stages of the process - as a lawyer I never get to see that. Having that well-rounded viewpoint was very interesting."
