1976年とありますね 日本のバーガーショップである「モスバーガー」がテリヤキバーガーを発売して、照り焼きの獣肉が日本で一般的になったのは1973年です。あくまでも一般的になっただけで、それ以前になかったわけではありません。その方が知っていた可能性もありますし、同じ日本人同士ですから、同時多発的に発生したかもしれません。

St John Chrysostom, one of our greatest ancient saints, was very firm in his declaration that non-believers should be free to disagree with us. Christianity was full of wise men, long ago, but now it's thin

Orthodoxy gets its eschatology from the Desert Fathers, who had ideas a lot more similar to Asian religions. Orthodoxy could bridge the gap, but it would require careful synthesis

It's all one great immersion in God's light. We believe everyone resides there, and we all will too

Most Westerners do not have enough humility, or exposure to Japan, to really understand how this works. All I can do is try to teach them
