in the last 3 weeks more than 30,000 messages have been sent to and processed by the @bankrbot agent per day. it's an art really, building an agent for scale. you can't just plug in in opus and expect to scale to tens of thousands of messages per day. you'd go bankrupt. not only have we set out to build the best finacialized tools for agents and their builders, but we're agent builders ourselves. when i first built bankr i used a supervisor pattern — a top level supervisor instructs various team members of the work they should complete. team members would then report back to the supervisor. this is reliable but we found it too slow and bloated for the speed that i think people expect. we've since transitioned to what we call feature teams and fast path flows. feature teams are specialize in single area domain expertise and fast path flows often call just a single tool. we also have many security checks along the way. this is absolutely necessary for a financial agent. bankr has processed tens of millions of dollars in transactions successfully. i'm currently exploring dynamic tool search and context injection. early results are promising, 80% less context and 2x - 5x faster. if you're interested in building with us a good place to start is our docs! or join our discord to start speaking with other builders in the space. docs: docs.bankr.bot discord: discord.gg/bankr
