Right so I went down this rabbit hole last week. KnowYourMeme took a shot at me on their instagram, and initially I brushed it off- seemed weird but whatever. Then I thought a bit deeper about it, and it didnt make sense to me at all- my account isnt big enough, and in order for them to post that with that comment, they had to ignore my reply which made clear they had taken it out of context. It felt like they had intentionally misrepresented my post- but why? I dont even know them. Well, this is where the rabbit hole starts, I do some research and I find that ACTUALLY Pumpfun and KnowYourMeme have an extensive history together and why wouldn’t they? OFC they do, they were practically made for each other. I find that Knowyourmeme’s business is mostly “Trend Analytics” which means they are using a sophisticated system to determine what is going viral or what will go viral- and then using that data to advise various businesses- LIKE Pumpfun- like corporations - Then I find that KnowYourMeme is OWNED by a parent company “Literally Media” and Literally Media is the one that handles PR/ posts/ content for major corporate accounts LIKE Mountain Dew, Sprite, X.com, maybe even the WhiteHouse? I’m not sure. BUT why is it that nearly ALL of Pumpfun’s biggest viral memes get spread across all of these corporate accounts - BUT not Bonk? Not BNB? Not AVAX? Not any other platform or eco- it is ALWAYS Pumpfun That is why. I’m fairly certain that Pumpfun is closely aligned with KnowYourMeme/ Literally Media - to the extent that they help support Pumpfun’s biggest launches - Billy, Moodeng, TTT, Clippy, Jimothy, etc etc. They are closely aligned enough it seems that leadership like Bsol can infleunce them into taking a shot at me. That’s speculation yes, but this has already happened multiple times so I think it’s a safe bet. That being said, this isnt fud for any coin, imo it’s probably bullish. BUT if you see their company accounts amplifying some message/ sentiment - now you know where it likely comes from.
