This recent blogs and posts around "platform engineering" has got to be the most boring low-effort marketing i've ever seen. I don't understand people saying "you should do platform engineering now". like.... WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS WHOLE TIME?

@HondaCustSvc If I don't hear from Honda on this I will be calling Honda Corporate and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. If you advise customers to pay $3000 to fix your car, it should be fixed once the repair is done !!

@HondaCustSvc Honda did the repair but it continues to burn oil. Honda then said it was within tolerance and there is nothing else that can be done.😡😡 So now I have the same problem after paying $3000+ !! Honda need to make this right.

@HondaCustSvc I took my 2009 Honda Pilot to the dealer in Gurnee IL. It was burning oil and they said in order to fix that it would cost around $3000 to open one of the two engine banks and replace some piston rings. I agreed to do it as it would cost a lot more to buy a new car

@vicnastea Never used Ethernet to be honest. Always on Wi-Fi . Just needed dual hdmi but everything else works great

Step 1 - 50 of scaling a SQL database: Say to yourself: "I did something wrong. The database is capable of scaling at least 100x my current data size and performance requirements." Then, go look at application metrics / logs / database logs to find the limiting behavior.

@CFDevelop I think that what most businesses want is speed in adding features to beat your competitors (example) something like “adding Alexa” so that I can have my software product respond if I ask it “Alexa, what is the status of my order?”
