@AerLingus my baby’s stroller and car seat were checked in at the gate at Dublin airport and never arrived at Gatwick. That was 4 days ago. Where are they? We desperately need them

@AerLingus 3 days later, I still don’t have baby stroller and car seat. Baggage tracing finally called to say it had arrived at Gatwick but that hasn’t been confirmed by baggage handler. So how do I get them?

@AerLingus Unfortunately the guy you who scanned our boarding passes did not give us a tag. He said they had run out and he would tag it at the plane door where we left it. That’s the last time we saw it.

@AerLingus my 8 month old baby’s stroller and car seat did not arrive at Gatwick on our delayed flight last night from Dublin. No one at airport, no one by phone, no one via Facebook Messenger. WHO DO I TALK TO? & how do you suggest I manage with a baby & no way to carry them?
