@Coolgerenub Yeah, he eat occasionally and they attack! The scanner would definitely see him as an anomaly, and he and Ratthew..They get along as well as possible- things are a bit awkward between them.

@modreami Does the janitor eat other anomalies, will other anomalies attack it too? Does the scanner also detect him as an anomaly and is ratthew chill with him

Mechanic concept! - The trash can can now overflow with garbage/bodies, scaring patients away. - The janitor can clean up mess or the trash bin much more easily than the rest of the staff #animalhospital
