More problems with new driver's time card so an extended delay at our last stop. Should be off soon and the expected time at school is now 9am.

Help arrived! We're back on road and will update with approx ETA when we have swapped drivers. I'm guessing around 7.30/8am if no other issues but could be slightly later if hit morning traffic.

Keeping spirits up with an epic game of boys Vs girls. We've had charades, stand up bingo and now a rock paper scissors tournament. It's 2-2 going into the last game in the final. First to 3. Thankfully nobody is very competitive.................😀

Unfortunately our bus has an issue with the cooling pipe so we've have had to pull over. We're waiting for someone to fix it. Will update as soon as we know but will definitely push back our ETA.

Home! Well, sort of. A quiet if slightly rocky crossing had some faces a little greener than they were when they went on. On the road. ETA to follow around 10.30pm when we pick up our new driver.

And we're off! Dinner being scoffed as I type, with some already off to explore what is an eerily quiet crossing!! See you when we're back in the UK

We're through passport control and waiting to board. Once we get to our change of driver in Cambridge we'll update you on our ETA. Driver thinks it could be closer to 6am but we'll update via group call when we've got a more accurate time.

A wonderful stop to Rooses Chocolate World. You've heard of kids in a sweet shop. This was kids in a chocolate shop! Every drawer that opened offered a new surprise. That's twenty years of visiting Inge and her family. Here's to twenty years more!

Not sure what is being enjoyed more, the chocolate making demonstration or all the free samples. I tht he chocolate wheel is winning hands down 😂

We've arrived in Brugges. Unfortunately, the rain has finally caused, but not too badly. Lunch stop now. At least the McDonald's here is a pretty one. After lunch, it's the legendary Rooses Chocolate World.

And we're off! Goodbye to Maastricht and the Green Elephant. Next stop? The Venice of the North - Brugges! Chocolate, chips, waffles and canals. Sign me up!

Mr P and I loved our gifts (I needed a new holiday shirt) Mr P now leaves for a career break. He'll be sadly missed by us all, but especially myself We've been on countless tours together since 2012 and I'll miss him next year 😢 But it's not goodbye friend, just see you later

We have a really special birthday tomorrow. Seeing as we're leaving tomorrow though, we had the celebration tonight (although he has to wear the badge all day) Happy birthday!! 🎁🎁 (Can't say I've heard a louder rendition of happy birthday in quite some time!)
