i think i currently have one of the best creative strategists in the world here’s what that looks like 1. the guy is just obsessed with the brands he’s working on he knows their ads, he knows their product better than the client knows it himself, he re-watches every call recording so he doesn’t miss anything he knows what angles worked, which ad performed best, which ads didn’t, he knows why, he just knows 2. he downloads every single good ad he sees online that’s how he never runs out of ideas, he’s on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Foreplay, YouTube, and Atria he has a list of brands that he’s spying on every single day so he doesn’t miss anything he has a list of Twitter profiles for everything - eComm - creative strategy - direct-response - UGC everything you can think of he’s just obsesses with collecting information and studying it 3. his research process is absurdly detailed reddit, twitter, ad account, chatgpt, claude, perplexity, customer reviews, ad comments, youtube, tiktok, youtube shorts he doesn’t miss anything 4. great understanding of what angles to use if he has to create 10 concepts for a client, all 10 will be unique angles that the client has never tested that’s why he always has an ad that hits - he just experiments with shit that the ad account has never seen before 5. the guy just doesn’t complain i hate working with people who complain, this guy just gets the job done 6. he’s abusing ai he told me that lately his ai started one-shotting ad creative scripts 7. he has an eye for good visuals because he was a video editor previously, he knows what a good hook is that’s why 7/10 of his hooks will have a 50% hook rate while being relevant to his target customer i’m now hiring another creative strategist, you know what i’m looking for, my DMs are open

It's time. I'm hiring a Creative Strategist for our brand! I started my brand 2.5 years ago. We're doing $7M+ this year. Growing 150% YoY - 2 years in a row. I've handled all creative strategy myself until now. I think it's time for someone better than me to take the lead. We're NOT in health, wellness, or beauty. We're in accessories, apparel, and kids. Think identity, gifting angle. Our customer is a young woman or a young mom. If that's your world - you'll get this brand instantly. Here's what you'll own: → 6-10 net new ad concepts per month → 50+ iterations on winning ads per month → Scripts and briefs for UGC → Static ad concepts across multiple formats → Research: mining reviews, comments, and organic content for hooks and angles What we need: → 2-4 years DTC experience → European or Asian timezone → Bonus if you have experience in working w/ fashion, gifting, or kids brands Full-time. Remote. $3,800 - $4,500/month base. Comment CS and I'll DM you next steps!

80% of brands will fail to scale in 2026. All because they lack the creative diversity. If you run one or two personas, with one or two angles & generic formats… you’ll never break your ad spend ceiling. We spent over $45M in the last 6 months testing what actually scales now and in 2026. I just broke it down in this 80 page doc: - Different examples of creative diversity - How to connect persona x angle x awareness level x formats - The ways you can avoid mistakes that your competitors will probably make as well Want me to send it over? this is the ONLY WAY to build an IMPENETRABLE moat as a copywriter (as someone who actively pays $10k/mo for copywriters full-time) i've reviewed over 200 applications and 50 pieces of sample copy in the past 2 days and literally 4 people have showed signs of genuinely using their brain if you just write with 0 AI you will win - it performs better, it reads better, everything about HUMAN COPY (from someone who can actually write) is better only people who argue with this are people who aren't actively running copy to cold traffic in the real world or they're selling an AI copywriting course or some fkn custom LLM loaded with scripts from 1920's books selling dick pills write your by hand, use your brain, and you'll win
Aidan Collins | Scaling B2B Offers on LinkedIn & X@Aidanb2b

every ghostwriting agency I've talked to in the last 6 months has the same problem: they can't find anyone who can write without AI. and I don't mean "uses AI as a tool." i mean they LITERALLY cannot produce a single draft without pasting the entire brief into ChatGPT and hitting enter. rhese are people charging $2-5K/month for ghostwriting... and their clients are reading AI slop with their name on it. The worst part is, the clients just sit there, praying that: "the content will compound" spoiler: it won't.

The problem with most copy is that it's too direct. Instead of saying: "If they can do it, so can you"... You should say: "Over 2,139, 70 year olds with back pain have done this" You need to let people come to their own conclusions. You can lead the horse to the water but you can't make it drink.

I'm going to delete this post in 48 hrs... Because I just dropped the most BRAIN-DEAD creative strategy for scaling Facebook ads in 2026. This is the exact TOP-TIER system we use to find winning ads at scale just by copying proven concepts from other industries and let AI do the job for us. We charge $10,000/mo to do this for clients… But today, I'm giving it away 100% FREE. Like + Comment "BRAIN" and I'll send it to you.

Hiring: Direct Response Creative Strategist (Meta Ads) We run a performance marketing agency for contractors and we’re scaling fast. Looking for someone who can: • Go deep into Meta Ad Library • Find winning ads in specific local markets (e.g. roofers in Texas) • Break down what’s working (hooks, angles, creatives) • Turn that into multiple ready-to-test ads (copy + concepts) This is NOT just design, this is performance. You’ll be doing this for every new client we onboard. If you understand what actually converts and can execute fast, we want you. Very well Paid role. Ongoing work. DM me “CREATIVE” + examples of ads you’ve made or analysed along with a Quick Look video explaining who you are and what you do!

the best creative strategists I’ve seen are: - video editors turned creative strategists - media buyers turned creative strategists - copywriters turned creative strategists i just haven’t seen a good creative strategist who started as a creative strategist and: - doesn’t know how to navigate inside the Facebook Ads manager - has never read a single copywriting book before they started - doesn’t know what good editing looks like of course, you can learn those skills as you start your creative strategy career but you will be miles away from someone who already knows every direct-response marketing framework because they’ve spent the last 3 years being a copywriter or a media buyer who spent the last 5 years analyzing what makes a winning Facebook ad or a video editor who has been obsessed for the past 2 years with creating a scroll-stopping hook

Right now everyone is trying to crack AI static ads the same way. JSON prompts. 4 different LLMs. Copy-pasting between tools. Tweaking parameters. Debugging hands. Fixing garbled text. Spending 45 minutes on one ad that still needs a designer to clean up. I know because I built that exact workflow. I shared it publicly. 859 people wanted it. And then I stopped using it. Here is what most people are doing right now: 1. Write a detailed JSON prompt with product specs, persona, angle, layout. 2. Feed it to GPT or Gemini for the image. 3. Realize the text is wrong. 4. Open Canva or Figma to fix it. 5. Try again with a different model. 6. Repeat 10 more times. 6 steps. 4 tools. 45 minutes. One static ad. Here is what I do now: Pick a product. Pick a theme. Pick an angle. Click generate. Launch. 3 clicks. Done. No JSON. No prompt engineering. No bouncing between tools. The strategic thinking is already built into the system. Hooks. Layouts. Visual hierarchy. What actually converts on Meta. Trained on what we have learned managing millions in ad spend across 150+ brands. This is the difference between engineering a prompt and engineering a system. One makes you feel productive. The other makes you profitable. I put together a breakdown showing exactly how the old prompt workflow compares to the 3-click system we use now. Comment "STATIC" and I will send it over.
