It's unbelievable how much can shift in just a year, how everything can completely change - people, situations, even you, infact your whole life itself.

I allow my students to eat in class if they are hungry. I give them a small munching break, because if you are hungry, the only thing in mind would revolve around the thoughts of eating only. So better eat something and study. At least it works for me.

Just finished reciting the Hanuman Chalisa and will meditate now for a while. Because the eclipse is on, and like always, my grandmother had called in the day with her reminders - no food during this time, no watching the sky, stay indoors, keep reciting the Hanuman Chalisa, etc. So here I am, following it all sincerely. Some things I don’t question, because I believe they carry their own quiet reasons and wisdom. :)
