The issue and give a reply next day,but again on the next day they don't get any response from upper hierarchy is the reply,my official number is being barred a week for unknown reason and pathetic response from sarvanampatti store did not resolve it yet..very bad customer servc

@Airtel_Presence got a message from airtel saying I have to submit the docs for verification,on enquiry at store informed as not neccesary,next my number is barred for all services ,again on enquiry to store ,they tell they don't know the reason for barring ,escalate

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Fed up with no network .I been complaining for past 3 monts .finally they asked to change the sim card, went to store and changed it.inspite of dat this is what I get 90% of the day.selected network is not found .what more can be done.can u clarify

@Airtel_Presence Same reply to my tweet.then I get a call from customer care when surprisingly only dat time my network works and after dat call no network.again I complain.its a loop.pathetic

@Airtel_Presence U cannot contact me on my airtel number because der is no network..in using the alternate network to report this issue to ur team

@Airtel_Presence @airtel one month of no network despite so many complaints raised..when ever I try to register a complaint on airtel app it says your complaint is still open for past two week
