a year ago today, seunghan came back to riize after a 10-month hiatus — only to be forced out 48 hours later because of the bullying and harassment from ot6s. sm never once defended him or stood behind him, instead enabling those toxic fans. that moment of his return was so special — briizes were happy, the internet was full of love, edits, posts, and comments welcoming him back. you could feel how many people were waiting for that moment to finally support riize fully again. we could’ve had it all — if it weren’t for sm’s awful management, the toxic fans they empowered, and the vile people who destroyed seunghan’s peace with cruel wreaths and hate toward him and his family. i’ll forever cherish those two days. 💔 and what’s even more heartwarming (and mind-blowing) is that people still yearn for riize to be seven. the petition from a year ago still gains signatures, and bittersweet ot7 edits on tiktok have hundreds of thousands of views and likes, with people reminiscing about those two unforgettable days. the love never left — it’s just waiting to be seen again. 💔

since people want to twist the purpose of the boycott, here’s the receipts below — showing exactly what ot6’s did when seunghan came back from hiatus. the spreading of rumors, the harassment, the stalking, the funeral wreaths, the trucks — all of it. that’s what really happened. the boycott was never about hate. it was about holding sm accountable and calling out the disgusting, vile people who thought tormenting a member was justified. but now those same people are pretending to be victims, twisting the story to hide what they did. sm’s silence was bad, but the fans who did this were worse. they created fear, humiliation, and chaos, then acted self-righteous about it. this fandom didn’t fall apart because of a company — it fell apart because people made destroying someone’s peace their full-time job.
