Someone asked me, "What do I actually send as a cold DM?" Here's my answer. I prefer leaning on revenue, not web design. Business owners don't wake up thinking, "I need a new website." They wake up thinking, "How do I get more customers?" So instead of telling them what you can do, show them what you've already done. Build a homepage concept, identify what's costing them leads, and explain how your version can help generate more enquiries and sales. Sell the outcome. Not the service.
