Looks like the '555 ETH guy' mentioned in the original post might be looking for the door quicker than we thought. He's dumped and bridged out a little under $150k in the last hour, a real mixture of $PLS, $PLSX, $HEX and $pDAI. Almost solely responsible for a 7% dip in the $PLS chart, and around 15% for $pDAI (he dumped 40m). In part because he's dumping the price against himself, he's now down to a sub-500k bag.

$PLS looks like it's about to gain a zero, and there are 2 wallets that have pushed the price right to the brink. First is 0xe3557567599cacf1346020ac45ae438c9f99f3f0 - fed by a different wallet that has (for the most part) just been bag-holding since day 1 of PulseChain. They've made a few small transactions here and there, but around 12 hours ago they EESed most of their last $HEX stakes, and capitulated their entire $HEX, $PLS and $PLSX bags to the tune of ~$89k. All of the proceeds were bridged out and used to buy $ETH. Second is a very familiar wallet. 0xEdBf45F1758B1BCBe7BCFabeF53d04Bdf1989438 (aka '555 ETH guy') who initially bridged in a total of ~1,540 ETH around 9 months ago and spent an extended period of time DCAing into the ecosystem (mostly cores + pDAI). They made some interesting purchase decisions over the months that followed, and lost a large chunk of their pDAI when BetterBank was exploited. In January they bridged out 250 $ETH that they hadn't spent (x.com/cryptosolv/sta…). Since then, they've been slowly selling down their positions, and have bridged out a further $242k. Since the start of 2026 they've bridged out just under $900k. Sitting on another $700k of liquid assets, there's still a bit of damage to be done yet if they're looking for a full exit. Based on how they managed their buys in 2025, there's a reasonable chance they don't care about the psychological level of gaining a zero and will continue to sell regardless.

@lookonchain @VitalikButerin The transactions show ETH being sold. However, Vitalik previously posted about this days ago that he will withdraw 16,384 ETH and stated the withdrawal was for long-term capital deployment. Onchain data shows action but intent requires broader context. x.com/VitalikButerin…

In these five years, the Ethereum Foundation is entering a period of mild austerity, in order to be able to simultaneously meet two goals: 1. Deliver on an aggressive roadmap that ensures Ethereum's status as a performant and scalable world computer that does not compromise on robustness, sustainability and decentralization. 2. Ensures the Ethereum Foundation's own ability to sustain into the long term, and protect Ethereum's core mission and goals, including both the core blockchain layer as well as users' ability to access and use the chain with self-sovereignty, security and privacy. To this end, my own share of the austerity is that I am personally taking on responsibilities that might in another time have been "special projects" of the EF. Specifically, we are seeking the existence of an open-source, secure and verifiable full stack of software and hardware that can protect both our personal lives and our public environments ( see vitalik.eth.limo/general/2025/0… ). This includes applications such as finance, communication and governance, blockchains, operating systems, secure hardware, biotech (including both personal and public health), and more. If you have seen the Vensa announcement (seeking to make open silicon a commercially viable reality at least for security-critical applications), the ucritter.com including recent versions with built in ZK + FHE + differential-privacy features, the air quality work, my donations to encrypted messaging apps, my own enthusiasm and use for privacy-preserving, walkaway-test-friendly and local-first software (including operating systems), then you know the general spirit of what I am planning to support. For this reason I have just withdrawn 16,384 ETH, which will be deployed toward these goals over the next few years. I am also exploring secure decentralized staking options that will allow even more capital from staking rewards to be put toward these goals in the long term. Ethereum itself is an indispensable part of the "full-stack openness and verifiability" vision. The Ethereum Foundation will continue with a steadfast focus on developing Ethereum, with that goal in mind. "Ethereum everywhere" is nice, but the primary priority is "Ethereum for people who need it". Not corposlop, but self-sovereignty, and the baseline infrastructure that enables cooperation without domination. In a world where many people's default mindset is that we need to race to become a big strong bully, because otherwise the existing big strong bullies will eat you first, this is the needed alternative. It will involve much more than technology to succeed, but the technical layer is something which is in our control to make happen. The tools to ensure your, and your community's, autonomy and safety, as a basic right that belongs to everyone. Open not in a bullshit "open means everyone has the right to buy it from us and use our API for $200/month" way, but actually open, and secure and verifiable so that you know that your technology is working for you.

Many on-chain tools exist today, but wallet tracking is still fragmented and lacks a professional workflow. A true tracker should alert you the moment a transaction confirms. Most tools just surface TXs, not real-time behavior monitoring. That gap is where people miss things.⏱️

Prices ever going down, at all, from any level, make people angry. In economics it's called the "ratchet effect". People are ok with pay or profit going up, not down. Upon this emotional impetus everyone runs the program they're used to running. Complainers complain. Rage quitters rage. The sad get sad. The infighters infight. And the indomitable work harder. Everyone just runs the program they're used to running, across all different parts of their life. The trick is, you have to see the reality underneath the feelz. Most of the cryfagging in crypto is really just "the price is down" but with a lot of extra insulting words, depending on what program they're used to flapping their lips in the style of. blah blah blah blah..... blah blah blah. Ok man, so like, you just mean price is down yeah? ETH was 5k in 2021 it's 3k now 4 years later. I keep my eye on the ball instead of crying like a bitch. Bitchmode crying don't do nothing except increase your icecream bills.

$10,000 to the 1st, $5,000 to the 2nd, $2,500 to the to the 3rd person that guesses it in this thread. The most powerful project is one that no one guessed. One that blindsides everyone and invents a new paradigm. Great news. I don't notice anyone even close. Guessing reward expires in 24 hours at the max or earlier if this account tells you the URL or the details beforehand. There's some edge case where I might have missed it in the thread already, so expanded the prize pool. Prize provided by, paid for, operated by and fulfilled by an anonymous donor.

We've seen a bit of panic about a "big $HEX dumper" who's got a large end-stake currently due, so we decided to dig into the details of these wallets to find out if the panic is justified. First, the wallets involved: 0xc8368e30f76ed75a354cb5583823cb9b4d31a02d 0x1e57ce7e4bcc06f4cfdb7572acb6335ba670920e 0xab3c13e0ea435aa388ea4e7bfa7baecc283c92ee 0xe059d3e762b11764597225e4c08c7606a16caccc We've focused almost entirely on Pulsechain assets for this one (though with a bonus $eHEX easter egg further down). 🔎 Just what have they sold? We believe lots of people are getting these wallets confused with the large whale that completely exited and slammed the $PLS, $PLSX and $HEX charts in June/July. These wallets are different, but also decided to panic dump a moderate amount of $HEX at the same time, which is where the confusion is likely happening. The wallet ending in a02d had a mini capitulation event over a week period in June/July 2025 where they dumped ~87m $HEX. Before that, another mini capitulation in Feb/Mar 2025 where they offloaded ~86m $HEX. Prior to that, you have to go all the way back to March 2024 to find another mini-event where they offloaded 53m $HEX. A couple of these events are pretty explainable: - The June/July dump was clearly a panic response to the other large whale dumping. - The Feb/March dump was entirely done to chase Sonic FOMO as it was starting to gain popularity. 🌉 What have they bridged out? Sounds like a big seller, right? Actually not that big in the grand scheme, they've only bridged out $1.6m in their history. They've made a bit of a habit of selling $eHEX as well, and since 2024 have sold a little over 600m eHEX on Ethereum for ~$1.2m (plus bridged some into Pulsechain to sell, but that'll all come under the 'bridge out' figure). Total RH assets sold in the last 2 years? A little under $3m, pretty mid-range offender compared to a number of other much larger idiots. 💰 What are they currently holding? Notably, they've got a habit of sitting on a large liquid stash for extended periods without dumping. Since the June/July capitulation, they've been sitting on ~286m $HEX liquid, with only the odd 1-2m sell to keep people on their toes. Total liquid balances right now: 🪙 $PLS - 7.2b ($240k) 🪙 $PLSX - 11.3b ($250k) 🪙 $HEX - 286m ($2.24m) 💸 What stakes are coming out soon? This is where the panic arises, currently the wallet ending in 920e is sitting on a stake due 7 days ago of around 288m $HEX (worth ~$2.26m at the time of writing). We looked into the staking ladders of these wallets, and in the next 12 months (excluding the above stake) they've got another 268m due. Total staking ladder (including current accrued yield)? A little over 3 billion $HEX, spread out quite well, with a big year in 2030. 🔎 Some takeaway points? ✍️ These wallets are a relatively large entity, with a habit of intermittent capitulations, but they're also unpredictable. They sit on hundreds of millions of $HEX for months without selling, only to sell large chunks of it over small periods of time. ✍️ Just because they're due to finish a large end-stake, doesn't mean it'll be dumped anytime soon (or hey, maybe some new lows are inbound). ✍️ Between current liquid bags and stakes due to end in the next 12 months, they'll have around 840m $HEX at their fingertips. It's highly likely that some will be sold, but when and how much is anyone's guess. We've included a spreadsheet for anyone who wants to see a little more detail: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d…

I've done more for Ethereum than you have. Tag someone who also did good for ETH. Congrats ETH on the new all time highs, it's been 1382 days. The ship's come in and 200k free electronic devices will very soon be spreading the good word about ETH, PulseChain, PulseX & HEX. Free and open source software is the future of finance.
