Rail Madad provided a contact number, but there is still no proper help. The saddest part is — there is no pantry service and no proper food or drinking water available. Children, elderly passengers, and families are suffering badly.

This train is being stopped repeatedly just to give pass to every other train on the same route. What is the meaning of a “Special Train” if it gets less priority than normal passenger trains?
